Student Employment Information

After graduating from NSCC we make job searching easy with our job posting website at http://www.nscc.ca/Services/Graduate_Employment_Services. Each student and graduate has access to the password and can find jobs appropriate to their field of study.

We also offer a free service to NSCC employers who are looking to hire our students for term/summer/part-time/casual employment or apprenticeship. This service is offered through our website at http://www.nscc.ca/GradEmployers.

A job board that lists some of the currently available positions for our students can be found in the link. This board is updated often with the latest job postings and information.

PEER TUTORING

Are you having difficulty understanding a subject area?

Do you need help with organizational skills or time management?

Do you  need course material explained in a different way?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you may be interested in our campus peer tutoring program.  The goal of peer tutoring is to help students help themselves to become independent learners.  The Lunenburg Campus provides a number of opportunities for students who need extra assistance.  Students are encouraged to visit Student Services and meet with one of our tutor coordinators.
