Do you want options to begin a successful career in business?

Do you want to understand how a business works? 

If so, choose Business Administration.  In this two year Diploma program, you will first gain the foundation knowledge for the world of business, and in your second year, you will concentrate into a number of specific directions dependant upon your interests and strengths. This program will provide you with an understanding of the world of business and the perspective to choose what skills you want to use in it.

  • Lunenburg Campus second year specializations include: Accounting,  Marketing, or choose a multi-disciplined pathway.

Our grads are working as Loans Managers in banks, earning credentials in insurance appraisal, working as office managers, in records centers, as database specialists, working for government, private industry, not-for-profits, etc.  They develop excellent problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Culinary Arts:

Do you want to be a professional cook, eventually moving into kitchen management?

Do you want to gain the skills, or showcase your own for culinary competitions?

If so, choose Culinary Arts.  In this two year Diploma program, you will first learn all the fundamentals including cooking and presentation techniques. Then, in the second year will give gain the advanced culinary and management skills required of the professional chef and kitchen manager. Along the way youíll contribute your creations for various conferences on campus and in our on campus restaurant, the Den & Friends.

  • Two Year Diploma, with co-op component
  • Hands-On Experience throughout the program!
  • Pathway to apprenticeship and Red Seal designation

Medical Office Administration:


Do you want to be on the front line of the medical community?

Do you see yourself working in a in a doctor's office, hospital or clinic setting?


If so, choose Medical Office Administration.  This one year Certificate program will help you develop the skills to become a vital part of the medical-office team, managing the bookings and appointments, processing the billing and preparing medical documents. New to Lunenburg Campus in 2007; we are excited to have Medical Office Assistant as an option available for you in 2008.
